Also Ive been asked many times why we use the Freemason symbol as part of ours? Well the freemasons are a brotherhood, as are we, they are also said to be a cult who practice rituals etc. Of course this is unkown but possible. I added the pentagram because it is associated with the masons and also associated with darkness or evil in religous groups. So there you have dark brotherhood, and if you dont want to accept any of this then just think of it as a good logo will you.

WELCOME
This is the home to a deviantART community which consists of dark artists or macabre artists. We want to create a community in which the dark artists of deviantART can feel like they are a apart of a real group. As we gain members, we hope they will talk to one another and everyone in the brotherhood will get to know everyone as a friend, which is what makes us different than most other art communities here at deviantART.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO DIFFERENT?
Like it says above we hope to make a real community where all the members know eachother and can speak to eachother. Also we hope to give each member the utilities they need to be the best artist they can. Members are encouraged to say hello to one another, and comment on deviations.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN THIS GROUP?
If you are interested in getting to know other deviants better and want to ask them questions you normally wouldnt think you would be able to, this is the community for you. We will supply you the artist with the necessary tools you need to make your art the best that it can be, with textures or pictures your looking for, or hints and tips. There is no obligation when you join, all you have to do is be willing to talk to other people and share your knowledge.
